How to add the alert message section on police.wsu.edu

• On the Single section area of the top of home page, click on section-padding icon

  

• Open the Configure Section window: select “true”

  

• Click on “Text” button” on the top Single Section.

  

• Then you will see the HTML CODE inside the editing area below. The only parts you can modify are messages. Don’t touch anything else. The same alert message “This is an alert message” should be repeated once (SEE BELOW).

  

• After finishing editing the alert message, click “Preview Changes” Button on the right top corner.

  

• If everything looks good, click “Update” button to save the changes.
